Our generator was not working during the recent storm when we lost power. We had been having issues with it for the past year and the company we had a maintenance agreement with stopped responding to our calls. I called Kellam the day of the outage and was actually able to speak with someone who was very concerned and tried to get us an appointment that day but ended up coming the next day early morning. The tech was great! He was here for several hours and determined to diagnose the issue which he found out was a corroded wire. We now have a service agreement with Kellam and hope this excellent service continues. Thank you
