If a customer is unsatisfied with the equipment performance or our workmanship within the 1st year of installation, we will immediately address any issues to resolve them to your satisfaction. We are not perfect, but we are accountable, so we invite one to contact our management team as soon as the issue is identified to discuss to resolve the issue by correcting the issues presented. If a fair and mutual agreement is not met we will extend a refund.

Our team will respect and protect your home using shoe covers, floor protectant drop cloths and will clean up prior to leaving. If they fail to comply we welcome a phone call to our management team to address this immediately. Your feedback is valued.

We have 24 hour live reps to address your heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical emergencies. If the emergency is within our services offered, we will respond with urgency to assist.

All jobs booked are accompanied with digital confirmations and technician call ahead so you are not waiting around wondering or wasting your time. Digital notifications are sent to you with a picture of the technician for your safety. Technicians have back ground checks and driver’s records to verify safe and lawful status. All vehicles are marked with our Kellam Mechanical logo and vehicles have GPS trackers for safety and tracking. We operate under a contractors A license and follow city codes compliance regulations for professional and safety purposes.
