He took time to ask questions about my heating system performance, to explain the fall maintenance process, and to answer my questions. During the service, Shawn identified a problem with my downstairs system. He quickly initiated the correct actions that resolved the problem and returned my heating unit to full strength. Well done! The electrician came to quote us to replace 4 external electrical outlets we’d had problems with and were concerned about their safety. When we asked if he could do the work that same day, he managed this, despite finding some additional issues and needing to purchase parts. Our generator was not working during the recent storm when we lost power. We had been having issues with it for the past year and the company we had a maintenance agreement with stopped responding to our calls. I called Kellam the day of the outage and was actually able to speak with someone who was very concerned and tried to get us an appointment that day but ended up coming the next day early morning. The tech was great! He was here for several hours and determined to diagnose the issue which he found out was a corroded wire. We now have a service agreement with Kellam and hope this excellent service continues. Thank you

Our 16 year old gas water heater finally gave up and leaked water all over the garage floor in the evening. I called Kellam and their plumber showed up the very next morning. His professionalism, expertise, and timeliness were highly appreciated during a crisis moment as we also have a small child and couldn’t go long without water service. Recently , we had Kellam Mechanical come out to flush our hot water heater and to give us an estimate for replacement of sink faucets, tub faucets and new toilets. The representative from Kellam Mechanical was excellent. From the moment he introduced himself, we felt totally comfortable with his work ethics and his recommendations to the replacement of faucets and toilets. He was most thorough in explaining the flushing of the hot water heater and was most informative in explaining what type of faucets and toilets that he would recommend. Not only was he strait forward with his explanations, we felt a genuine concern from him to make sure our needs and desires were met. The plumber was warm, friendly and information. Kellam is absolutely top notch! I have an Apollo heating system and the part that I needed was out of stock locally. They ordered the part, got it delivered quickly and set up my repair. Unfortunately I had some unforeseen problems from previous contractors working on the system which Kellam had to diagnose and fix. They sent a tech out on emergency service at 10pm, a master plumber the next am then finally an Apollo specialist that afternoon to get my system running properly. I feel that Kellam really went above and beyond what any other company would have done to get my heat running. Also their techs exhibit much more knowledge and experience than any other company that has worked on my house. If you have a HVAC or plumbing problem you can’t go wrong by calling Kellam Mechanical.

Shawn Iqbal and Evan Simmons were sent to inspect and clean our 10 ceiling vents, dryer vent, and air duct. They arrived on time and did an amazing job showing us before and after pictures along the way. Shawn even climbed inside the main air duct to manually clean where their hose could not reach, and came out covered in dust and dirt (obviously the previous owners never had service the duct before). Cannot say enough good words about these 2 men and the thorough service they performed on our house!!! And, they cleaned every room after they were done.
