My AC went down July 4th evening. I called Kellam because I’d seen their trucks in the neighborhood. Morgan was the only one to call back. It was late but I live near him so he stopped by for a diagnosis. He’d had a long hot day but couldn’t have been more accommodating..really a great person! He set me up for a new system two days later. From the person who answered the phone to Morgan to Kyle and Julio, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, friendly group.
